In an effort to make official City forms more readily available, the City of Simonton has published the following forms.
- Flood Plain Building Permit Application - Required for ALL construction in Simonton
- Building Permit Application - Required for ALL construction in Simonton
- HUD Description of Materials (DOM) form - Basic Specification form. Specifications are required with all permit applications
- Sign Registration Form (for existing signs only)
- Sign Permit Application (for new signs to be built)
- Ordinance Violation Complaint Form
Permit Applications from Fort Bend County. Note that these are NOT City of Simonton Forms, although a signature from the City of Simonton may be required by Fort Bend County.
